Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a session please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. The deposit is non-refundable should the cancellation/reschedule occur within the 48 hours prior to the booked session. If the paperwork and authorisation documents are not returned within 48 hours of the online session date and/or the remainder of the payment is not made, the session will be cancelled and deposit retained. All refunds given will incur an admin fee of £50
